Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses all over India. Please contact our customer support team for assistance if your location is not included in the available destinations during checkout.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. However, during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

* Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 business days

* Express Delivery: 3 to 5 business days



Note:- Express Delivery is extra chargeable.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase, but note delivery above 499 is absolutely free.

Customs and Import Duties: Just in case of international orders, customs duties, and taxes may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country. Jouelix is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and cover any applicable customs fees.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate during checkout. Jouelix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Also, be aware that all shipments to any Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer’s risk. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Jouelix will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
