Return Policy

1) Eligibility: Refunds are eligible within 48 hours after the delivery, items must be
unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2) Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Jouelix within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

3) Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4) Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 24 hour and credited a refund to your original payment method within next 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5) In case you received any freebies, or free products along with your order, please do handover everything at the time of reverse pickup.

6 ) Products which are purchased in any in goings offers will not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged or any other item.

7) Pickup will be attempted only 2 times, if you’re unable to hand the shipment to the courier partners then you have to deliver the shipment to our warehouse/registered company address at your own cost

8) Replacement/exchange : Once we receive damaged product we will process and deliver the replacement or exchange product within 6 to 7 days.
